I LOVE this printer!! The dual function of DTG and DTF saves a lot of room from having to have two different printers. It's also one of the only DTF printers that I've found that has software that runs on a MAC. and it prints fast. It comes in a huge box, but the printer is fully assembled and the little set up you have to do (waste tank connection, inserting inks, popping on the platen) and installing the software is pretty easy especially if you follow a video. The cartridge inks are easy to install and charge (kinda pricey though) and the maintenance schedule Epson provides is really easy to follow. I've already used both the DTG and DTF modes and love how they both turned out!! Definitely a great all in one t shirt printer for a small shops.
