xTool P3 80W CO2 Laser Cutter & Engraving Machine
The xTool P3 is xTool’s flagship 80W CO2 laser for shops that have outgrown a hobby bed. It cuts thicker wood and acrylic in one pass, engraves at up to 1200 mm/s, and gives you a 36" × 18" workspace—about 2.3× larger than the P2S—inside a Class 1 enclosed machine with LiDAR autofocus, a built-in AutoLift base, and ACS™ automation.
This is the P3 for production studios, schools, and small manufacturers who need desktop-sized footprint with industrial cutting power. Optional add-ons unlock metal marking, unlimited-length conveyor work, and RA3 rotary engraving.
80W CO2 Power for Real Production
The P3 uses an 80W CO2 glass tube with an integrated water chiller, so power stays consistent on long jobs.
One-pass cutting capacity:
- Basswood up to 0.79" (20 mm)
- Acrylic up to 0.98" (25 mm)
Rated tube life is up to 10,000 hours. Dual-cylinder air assist at 200 kPa helps keep edges cleaner on wood, acrylic, fabric, and leather.
Cut: wood, acrylic, fabric, leather, paper, rubber, and similar organics.
Engrave: wood, acrylic, glass, ceramic, stone, coated metals, and more.
Optional 5W 1064 nm IR module adds bare-metal and plastic marking the CO2 tube cannot do alone.

AImake compatible. LightBurn support varies by workflow; Studio is the native P3 path for ACS, cameras, LiDAR, and AutoLift.
