What's the embroidery area per head?
Each head offers its own 400mm x 500mm (15.7" x 19.7") sewing field — the same generous area as the single-head Vision, just doubled across two independent heads.
What speeds can I expect?
Up to 1,200 stitches per minute on flat goods, with strong, consistent speeds up to 950 SPM on caps and hats — on each head.
Can the two heads run different designs at the same time?
Yes. You can run identical designs on both heads for matching bulk orders. The software does not support two separate designs at the same time.
Will the Dual Head fit through my shop's doorway?
The rolling stand lets one or two people push it through any doorway 29 inches or wider. Given the machine's weight, plan for a four-person carry if it needs to be lifted rather than rolled.
Do I need to buy double the thread and stabilizer?
Since both heads run independently, plan to keep enough thread and stabilizer on hand to supply two active heads — the same Richword thread, stabilizer, and hat foam used on other BAi machines work here too.
