Pickup Process
The pickup file will be available starting the next business day after the machine is delivered to the pickup location. Once the pickup file is received, customers may visit the warehouse at their convenience within the designated timeframe.
Indiana and Illinois warehouses: pickup should be completed within 3 days of the file being issued.
All other warehouses: pickup is recommended within 10 days of issuance.
The pickup file includes all necessary warehouse and customer information and must be presented at the time of pickup.
If a friend or family member will be picking up the machine on the customer's behalf, their name must be provided in advance so it can be added to the pickup file.
Pickup Hours
Pickup is available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. No appointment is required—simply arrive at the warehouse and present your pickup file.
Pickup Method
Most warehouses can accommodate pickups using a pickup truck or SUV. Warehouse staff are available to assist with unboxing the machine and loading it into an SUV if needed.
Please note: The Indiana warehouse requires a pickup truck for all pickups.
