- Log into the xTool Support Center using your purchase email.
- Navigate to "My Care" and Click on the "Bind Care" Button
- Bind Your xToolCare to your machine. Prepare your machine's Serial Number (SN), order Number, and your proof of purchase. Having these documents ready in advance will streamline the process.* Note: Once xToolCare is bound to a machine, it cannot be refunded.
