Installation Made Simple
xTool gives two setups, depending on the width of your material:
- Materials over 152 mm and up to 457 mm wide: Assemble the rails with their support legs and beams, then place them in front of and behind the feeder. Adjust the leg bases so every rail is at the same height.
- Materials over 457 mm and up to 610 mm wide: Connect the extension rails to the original conveyor rails using the support legs, or place the assembled rails in the middle of the original rails. For materials 6 mm thick or less, xTool recommends connecting them to the original rails.
Always keep the rails parallel to the feed direction.
