Rigid White (RW)
High-capacity white formulated for hard goods. Use it for heavier underbases and multi-layer white or relief work on acrylic, metal, glass, ceramic, and other rigid blanks—up to 7 mm (0.28") of raised texture.

Flexible White (FW)
High-capacity white formulated for materials that bend. Use it on leather, canvas, TPU patches, and similar flexible surfaces so the print is less likely to crack when the blank flexes. Flexible White is exclusive to the Dual UV Edition.

Fluorescent Yellow & Fluorescent Red
Spot neon colors for high-visibility graphics and details that glow under blacklight. On the O1 Omni these are special-effect channels, not a way to expand the CMYK gamut. Fluorescent inks are exclusive to the Dual UV Edition.

3-in-1 Varnish
One clear channel, three finishes:

• Gloss — wet-look highlights and protective topcoat
• Matte — soft, low-sheen contrast
• Foil stamping prep — print the dedicated foil profile, then transfer gold, silver, or holographic foil with a heated laminator

UV Maintenance Tanks: The Parts That Protect Both Heads
