xTool Care Extended Warranty for Apparel Printer PLUS
Protect the xTool Apparel Printer PLUS you bought from Swing Design with official xTool Care — the factory protection plan built for shops that cannot afford a down DTF printer.
The Apparel Printer PLUS is a production machine: dual Epson I1600 printheads, 14-inch DTF output, SmartCycle maintenance, HydraFlow white-ink care, and built-in humidity control. The standard warranty is only 12 months on the main unit and 6 months on the original print head. One accident, clogged head, or failed core part can stop shirt, hoodie, and transfer orders overnight.
xTool Care extends official coverage, adds accidental-damage claims, covers two-way shipping on approved repairs, and can replace the whole printer if xTool confirms the unit cannot be fixed in a reasonable time. Add it when you order the PLUS from Swing Design, or within the eligible window after delivery.
This plan is for the xTool Apparel Printer PLUS only. It is not the Care plan for the original xTool Apparel Printer.
What’s included
Official extended warranty
Extends the 1-year standard warranty by 1 or 2 additional years, depending on the plan you choose. Main-unit coverage (print head not included in the main-unit line) goes from 12 months to 24 months on the 1-Year plan or 36 months on the 2-Year plan.
Original print-head protection
Coverage applies only to the original print head that ships with the Apparel Printer PLUS.
- No xTool Care: 6 months, 1 free replacement
- 1-Year xTool Care: 18 months, 1 free replacement
- 2-Year xTool Care: 30 months, 1 free replacement
Ink, PET film, powder, moisturizing fluid, cleaning fluid, foams, hoses, cables, and other consumables are not covered.
Core component accident protection
If a covered core component is damaged by an accident such as liquid or impact, and xTool confirms the failure, replace it for the published service fee instead of full retail. For Apparel Printer PLUS the accident service fee is $169.
- 1-Year plan: up to 2 accident claims
- 2-Year plan: up to 4 accident claims
Intentional damage and force majeure are excluded.
Free two-way shipping
On approved Care repairs and replacements, round-trip shipping is covered in eligible regions. The goal is to get a replacement part or unit moving so you can resume production — often within 48 hours when the case qualifies.
One-time free unit replacement
Apparel Printer PLUS is eligible for xTool’s free-replacement benefit. If xTool confirms irreparable unit failure, high-value component failure, or excessive downtime, they can ship a replacement instead of leaving you in a long repair cycle. Simple part swaps and issues fixed by remote guidance do not qualify.
Priority factory support
xTool’s technical team provides one-on-one diagnosis with a fast response target (as quick as 2 hours on Care cases). Swing Design remains your first call for order, binding, and claim questions.

Most production shops are better off with the 2-Year plan if the PLUS will run beyond the first year.

How to add and bind Care
- Add xTool Care for Apparel Printer PLUS to your Swing Design cart with the printer, or buy it within 90 calendar days of delivery.
- After the printer arrives, keep photos of the serial number and your Swing Design order confirmation.
- Bind the plan to that serial number in the xTool Support Center (automatic when eligible items are on the same qualifying order; otherwise add the device and enter the Care activation details).
- If something fails, start with Swing Design. We help open the claim. xTool must confirm the damage before a repair, part, or replacement is approved.
One Care plan per machine. It cannot be moved to another printer or another owner. Unused plans may be refundable only inside the published unused / cooling-off window.

- Unauthorized repairs, non-xTool parts, misuse, lost machines, and altered serial numbers can void coverage
