The maximum diameter able to be used in the 11oz mug attachment is about 3.24". For larger diameters, we recommend the 15oz attachment which can support up to 3.4". You can also look into the ProSub Sublimation Oven which is perfect for large and unusual shaped mugs and tumblers.
