Roland DGA’s UV DTF Transfer System makes it quick and easy to apply stunning pre-printed UV ink graphics to irregularly shaped objects that are difficult or impossible to print on directly, or not suitable for regular vinyl decals. With our UV DTF Transfer System, decorating even ornate items, including those with uneven surfaces, rounded corners, and extended lips or edges, is simple. Plus, the process requires just a few steps, so anyone – even those with no printing experience – can customize or personalize just about anything.

• Complete UV direct-to-film (UV DTF) transfer system allows you to add vibrant graphics to irregularly shaped substrates and three-dimensional items that can’t be printed on directly using a UV-LED device.
• Customers can use any of the following printers for UV DTF applications: VersaOBJECT MO Series bench-top UV flatbed printers, VersaSTUDIO BD Series desktop UV flatbed printers, VersaOBJECT CO-i Series large-format UV flatbed printers. Roland DG LEF2 Series UV flatbed owners can also produce UV DTF graphics using their existing printers.
• Both V-BOND and EUV5 inks are ideal for producing vibrant, detailed, and durable graphics with the UV DTF Transfer System. VersaOBJECT MO Series or CO-i Series printers can use either V-BOND or EUV5 inks. VersaSTUDIO BD Series desktop UV flatbeds use EUV5 ink only.

Roland DGA offers everything you need to perform UV DTF applications – the UV printer (either a VersaOBJECT MO Series, VersaSTUDIO BD Series, or VersaOBJECT CO-i Series flatbed), specially formulated UV inks*, UV DTF Print Sheets (available in packs of 25 pcs), and UV DTF Transfer Film (available in 82 ft. rolls). If you already have a MO Series, BD Series, or CO-i Series flatbed printer, you can simply purchase the necessary components.
