Think big. Print bigger. The Original Prusa CORE One L+ is the large-format enclosed CoreXY printer built for shops that are done cutting models apart and gluing them back together. You get a 300 × 300 × 330 mm build volume — about 29.7 liters, roughly double the CORE One+ — inside an actively heated 60 °C chamber, with plug-and-print setup and more than 200 validated material profiles. Unpack it, press Print, and the part on the bed is meant to be the finished product, not a prototype you have to hide the seams on.
This is the L+ generation of Prusa’s proven CORE One L platform. Compared with the original CORE One L, the L+ adds an integrated nozzle wiper for cleaner print starts, new GT1.5 belts for smoother surfaces, and the latest firmware refinements. It ships assembled, factory-tested, and pre-calibrated. First print is typically about five minutes after unboxing.
Enclosed CoreXY kinematics with Input Shaper and Phase Stepping keep layers clean at speed, with travel up to 500 mm/s. The Nextruder direct-drive extruder uses a 10:1 planetary gearbox and an all-metal hotend. A 0.4 mm Prusa brass high-flow CHT nozzle ships installed for throughput; a 0.4 mm abrasive-resistant nozzle is in the box for carbon- and glass-filled filaments. Nozzles swap without tools. Maximum nozzle temperature is 290 °C, or up to 400 °C with the optional HT hotend for PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, PPSU, and PPA-CF.
The all-aluminum dual-loop AC heatbed holds temperature evenly across the large plate — within about 2 °C across most of the surface — up to 120 °C. LoadCell first-layer calibration and mesh leveling measure the real nozzle-to-sheet distance automatically. Automatic chamber vents open for PLA and PETG and close for high-temp materials, so large ASA, ABS, PC, and nylon parts stay flat instead of warping at the corners.
Open materials policy: any brand of 1.75 mm filament, no chips, no lock-in, no subscriptions. Ready out of the box for PLA, PETG, flex, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, and PVB. With the optional Advanced Filtration System, add ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA, and other technical filaments that need cleaner air as well as heat.
The CORE One L+ is fully enclosed from the factory. Add the official Advanced Filtration System when you print materials that release more ultra-fine particles and fumes:
You do not need the air filter for everyday PLA and PETG. Add it for engineering filaments, shared workspaces, and longer unattended runs where air quality matters.
Ships assembled. Connectivity is Ethernet, NFC, and Wi-Fi, with a physically removable Wi-Fi module for fully offline or high-security setups. A 1080p night-vision chamber camera is included and can be detached. Prusa Connect and the Prusa App are optional. USB printing works with no cloud account. Firmware is open source. The steel-and-aluminum frame is user-serviceable with a screwdriver — nothing glued, no proprietary locks. Spare parts are intended to stay available for years. Designed and manufactured in the EU.
The CORE One L+ is a single-tool Nextruder machine. Start there for large enclosed single-material work. An INDX toolchanging upgrade is planned later if you need multiple colors or materials in one job with near-zero purge waste.
If you need 360 mm cubic volume and a multi-head toolchanger now, look at the Prusa XL+. If you want enclosed CoreXY speed, a 60 °C chamber, and double the CORE One+ volume on a compact bench, the CORE One L+ is the right machine.
