Functional parts with clean internal channels, mixed rigid/flex details, and multi-color surfaces come off the bed as one piece instead of a glue-up.

This is the L+ generation: nozzle wiper, GT1.5 belts, and the latest firmware on a factory-assembled, pre-calibrated machine. Four toolheads cover most professional multi-material work from day one, and the INDX rack can grow to eight toolheads later.

Built for Four Materials on Large Parts

Enclosed CoreXY with Input Shaper and Phase Stepping keeps layers clean at speed, with travel up to 500 mm/s. Each of the four toolheads has its own nozzle and melt path, so colors and materials do not share a hotend. Swaps take about 12 seconds with roughly 0.013 g of waste per change — far less time and plastic than a single-nozzle filament switcher that retracts, cuts, and flushes on every change. Use a 0.25 mm toolhead for visible detail and a 0.6 or 0.8 mm toolhead for bulk in the same print. Parked tools stay cool; the Bondtech INDX Smart Head heats the picked nozzle by induction in seconds, then lets it cool in the dock so it does not ooze into the next material.

The all-aluminum dual-loop AC heatbed holds temperature evenly across the large plate, up to 120 °C. Active chamber convection reaches 60 °C. Automatic vents open for PLA and PETG and close for ASA, ABS, PC, and nylon. LoadCell first-layer calibration and a tool-offset sensor keep all four nozzles aligned to the sheet and to each other. With INDX hardware installed, usable volume is about 298 × 275 × 330 mm.

Open materials policy: any brand of 1.75 mm filament. Combine PLA with PVA, PETG with break-away supports, ASA with a second color, or rigid plus TPU in one print. INDX toolheads reach 300 °C. Compatible nozzle sizes include 0.25, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, and 0.8 mm.

Air filter option: Advanced Filtration System

The CORE One L+ is fully enclosed from the factory. Add the official Advanced Filtration System when you print materials that release more ultra-fine particles and fumes:

Ships assembled with four INDX toolheads ready for calibration. Connectivity is Ethernet, NFC, and Wi-Fi, with a physically removable Wi-Fi module for offline or high-security setups. A 1080p night-vision chamber camera is included and can be detached. Prusa Connect and the Prusa App are optional. USB printing works with no cloud account. Firmware is open source.
