FLUX Beamo II Rotary Tool with Chuck Riser plus Extension Base
This three-piece Beamo II kit is the full drinkware setup: the Chuck Rotary Tool, the Rotary Chuck Riser, and the Extension Base. You get wrap engraving on cylinders, rings, and spheres, extra jaw height for handled tumblers, and the machine riser FLUX requires before the chuck will run on Beamo II.
The Beamo II laser is not included. Original beamo rotary kits do not fit this machine.
What each piece does
1. Rotary Tool (Chuck Rotary)
Holds the workpiece and turns it for 360° engraving. Step, L-shaped, and hexagonal jaws cover pens, bottles, tumblers, rings, and spheres.
2. Rotary Chuck Riser
Sits under the chuck and lifts the head so handles and wider drinkware clear the jaws. FLUX’s riser set is the extra block plus taller tail support used for big-handle mugs and larger spheres. Dealers list about 0.63" of added chuck height.
3. Extension Base
The machine riser. Beamo II must sit on this base for the chuck to work. It adds 6.10" (155 mm) of work depth and opens pass-through for longer stock.
Buy all three together so you are not missing the base the rotary needs or the riser handled cups need.

Compatibility notes
Fits FLUX Beamo II only.
Will not fit original beamo, Beambox, Beambox Pro, Beambox II, HEXA, or Ador.
Stay inside 5.51" diameter and 10.83" length. The chuck riser helps handles clear the jaws; the object still has to fit the Beamo II enclosure after the Extension Base is installed. Test fit oversized 40 oz cups before a production run.
Good to know
Install the Extension Base first, mount the chuck riser on the rotary when you need handle clearance, then clamp, level, and run Beam Studio in chuck mode with a border preview.
