FLUX Beamo II 30W CO2 Laser Tube Replacement

FLUX Beamo II 30W CO2 Laser Tube Replacement

Restore cutting power on your FLUX Beamo II with the official FLUX Replacement 30W Laser Tube for beamo II. This is the water-cooled 30W CO2 glass tube the machine was built around. When output drops, cuts need extra passes, or engraving looks weak, a worn tube is usually the cause—not the software.

Use this SKU only on Beamo II. Original beamo uses a different 30W replacement tube. Do not mix them.

Why replace the tube

CO2 tubes are consumables. Hours at high power, poor cooling, or age reduce wattage even if the machine still “fires.” Typical signs:

  • Wood or acrylic that used to cut in one pass now needs two or three
  • Engraving looks pale at settings that used to be dark
  • Power feels inconsistent across the bed
  • The tube is old, stored dry for a long time, or physically damaged

A correct OEM tube brings Beamo II back to its rated 30W CO2 performance: up to 1,000 DPI, 750 mm/s head speed, and the standard 14.17" × 9.45" (360 × 240 mm) work area on wood, acrylic, leather, paper, and similar non-metals.

Compatibility notes

Buy this tube if your machine is Beamo II.
Buy the FLUX Replacement 30W Laser Tube for beamo if your machine is first-generation beamo.

Wattage must match the machine. A 40W or 55W tube from another FLUX model will not fit or run correctly in Beamo II.

After you install

Power the machine off and unplug it before you open the rear cover. Follow FLUX’s official tube-replacement steps for cooling hoses, holders, and wiring. Refill the cooling system with the recommended water. Then check and adjust the optical path—a new tube almost always needs alignment even if the old one was close.

If you are not comfortable working around a high-voltage CO2 tube, contact support before you start.

Good to know

Laser tubes have a shorter warranty than the Beamo II body. FLUX’s current Beamo II policy lists the 30W laser tube separately from the 12-month machine warranty. Treat the tube as a wear part and keep the machine cooled and aligned to get full life from the replacement.
