Epson Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day On-Site Repair Extended Service Plans for large-format printers provide fast service and repair at your business to help you get back up and running quickly. These worry-free solutions help maximize productivity and peace of mind by extending product protection after coverage under the limited warranty or existing extended service plan for up to a total of 5 years of continuous coverage from date of purchase. With Next-Business-Day On-Site Repair Extended Service Plans, your repairs will be done by an Epson Certified Technician, using genuine Epson parts. These plans feature comprehensive parts and labor coverage. The Printhead Self-Service Plan (limitations apply) allows you to purchase a printhead at a discounted price directly from Epson and install it yourself (Epson Cloud Solution PORT account required). Printhead replacement cost and labor are not included in this extended service plan. With a full portfolio of extended service plans, Epson’s got you covered.

3 Product comes with a 90-day or 1-year limited warranty with the option to purchase extended service plans up to a total of 5 years of continuous coverage. Extended service plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under an Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan to avoid product inspection fees.
