The Bambu Lab Standard Flow 0.6mm Induction Nozzle Hotend is designed specifically for the H2C and H2C with Laser, delivering faster throughput and efficient multi-material printing through the advanced Vortek System. By using up to six interchangeable induction-heated hotends, the system enables true multi-material workflows while significantly reducing purge waste by eliminating traditional filament flushing during hotend swaps (H2C under 7 filaments). The larger 0.6mm nozzle supports higher material flow, stronger layer bonding, and quicker print times—making it ideal for functional parts and production-style projects. Induction heating brings the nozzle to PLA printing temperature in approximately 8 seconds, minimizing color-change delays, while integrated overheat, overvoltage, short-circuit, and open-circuit protection ensure dependable operation. A contactless, high-frequency power and signal interface prevents wear and oxidation, and dual temperature sensors actively monitor nozzle and heatsink temperatures to prevent heat creep and reduce the risk of clogging during continuous multi-material printing.
