The Bambu Lab Standard Flow 0.4mm Induction Nozzle Hotend is purpose-built for the H2C and H2C with Laser, delivering fast, precise, and highly efficient multi-material printing through the advanced Vortek System. Using up to six interchangeable induction-heated hotends, the system enables true multi-material workflows with dramatically less purge waste by eliminating traditional filament flushing during hotend swaps (H2C under 7 filaments). The induction nozzle heats to PLA printing temperature in approximately 8 seconds, shortening color-change transitions and boosting productivity, while integrated protections—including overheat, overvoltage, short-circuit, and open-circuit safeguards—ensure reliable performance. A contactless, high-frequency power and signal interface replaces traditional metal pins to prevent wear and oxidation, delivering stable temperature control over time. Dual temperature sensors actively monitor both the nozzle and heatsink, automatically increasing cooling to prevent heat creep and clogging, while intelligent hotend memory and mapping optimize filament management and further reduce waste during complex multi-material prints.
