Designed for speed, strength, and volume, the Bambu Lab High Flow 0.6mm Induction Nozzle Hotend for the H2C and H2C with Laser is optimized for high-throughput printing and larger layer heights without sacrificing consistency. Powered by the Vortek System, this induction-heated setup supports up to six swappable hotends to run true multi-material jobs while cutting purge waste by removing the need for filament flushing during hotend changes (H2C under 7 filaments).
The 0.6mm high-flow design allows more material to move faster, making it ideal for rapid prints, functional parts, and stronger layer adhesion. It reaches PLA temperature in roughly 8 seconds, keeping transitions short and production moving. A contactless, high-frequency power and signal interface replaces traditional pins to eliminate wear, corrosion, and unstable heating over time.
Built-in protections guard against overheat, overvoltage, short-circuit, and open-circuit issues for dependable performance. Dual temperature sensors monitor both the nozzle and heatsink, automatically adjusting cooling to prevent heat creep and clogs. With intelligent hotend memory and mapping, filament use is optimized and waste is minimized during complex multi-material workflows.
