The Bambu Lab High Flow 0.4mm Induction Nozzle Hotend is engineered for the H2C and H2C with Laser, delivering faster extrusion, sharper detail, and highly efficient multi-material printing through the advanced Vortek System. Supporting up to six interchangeable induction-heated hotends, it enables true multi-material workflows with significantly reduced purge waste by eliminating traditional filament flushing during hotend swaps (H2C under 7 filaments). The high-flow induction nozzle reaches PLA printing temperature in about 8 seconds, dramatically shortening color-change transitions and improving overall productivity.
A contactless, high-frequency power and signal interface replaces traditional metal pins to prevent wear, oxidation, and unstable heating over time. Built-in protections—including overheat, overvoltage, short-circuit, and open-circuit safeguards—ensure dependable performance, while dual temperature sensors monitor both the nozzle and heatsink to automatically increase cooling and prevent heat creep or clogging. Intelligent hotend memory and mapping further optimize filament management, reduce waste, and streamline complex multi-material printing.
