What is included in the H3C and MetroX PRO bundle?

What is the difference between MetroX PRO Standard and Advanced Edition?
The scanner is the same. Advanced Edition adds the Marker Block Kit: 10 magnetic ball markers, 10 magnetic dome markers, 4 magnetic pyramid markers, 4 bar markers and another 500 of the 6 mm markers. That kit helps you place markers quickly on featureless objects.
How accurate is the Revopoint MetroX PRO?
Single-frame precision is up to 0.01 mm and single-frame accuracy is up to 0.02 mm. Volumetric accuracy is 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm × L (m). Results can vary with the object and environment.
Can the MetroX PRO scan black, shiny or metal parts?
Yes. Cross-line and parallel-line laser modes are designed to scan many flat, shiny or dark surfaces without scanning spray. For better detail on black parts, spray is still recommended. Scanning spray is needed for transparent or mirror-like surfaces, and it is recommended for transparent, black, specular or highly reflective surfaces in full-field structured light and Auto Turntable modes.
Does the MetroX PRO include a turntable?
Yes. Both Standard and Advanced Edition include the Dual-axis Turntable, plus a tripod and scanner cradle for Auto Turntable scanning.
What software does the MetroX PRO use?
It uses Revopoint's free Revo Metro software for scanning, point-cloud work, meshing, editing and export to PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF and FBX. Revo Mirror can stream the scan view from your PC to a phone. Revo Metro does not need internet access to scan and edit, but you do need internet for software updates and file transfers.
Can I use the MetroX PRO outdoors or scan people?
No. Official specs say it is not for outdoor scanning, and like most industrial laser scanners it is not suitable for scanning people or animals. It uses a Class 2M laser projector, so you should avoid looking directly into the beam.
How do I go from a MetroX PRO scan to an H3C print?
Export a print-ready model from Revo Metro, then open it in Bambu Studio and print it on the H3C in multiple colors or materials, including soft TPU and engineering filaments.
Does the H3C come with nine hotends?
Yes. It includes nine PrintTools: eight for 1.75 mm filament and one for 2.85 mm flexible filament, pre-installed in position 8.
