Our XCover Protection Plans cover machine defects as well as mechanical breakdown during normal wear and tear. Cosmetic Damage, Accidental Damage, Damage by Third Party Installation or Maintenance, Consumable parts, Loss and Theft are not covered.

You can add an XCover Protection Plan for each of your machines when purchasing items from our store.
The policy options are shown in each product listing. We currently offer 2 and 3 year plan options.
If you did not add protection at the time of purchase, contact Swing Design within 30 days of your date of purchase for a post purchase opportunity to add the warranty protection.
If you’ve purchased product protection, your protection starts on the day of purchase, and it’s valid for
the period that’s shown in the wording and certificate. Any manufacturer warranty on the product would be utilized before an XCover claim is needed. You can reach out to Swing Design support for help with getting in touch with the manufacturer.
Yes, that's correct. When you purchase an item and the corresponding XCover Protection, the coverage is specific for that item, as policy prices vary depending on the cost of the item you purchase. This means the policy can't be substituted for another product, even if it's the same make and model. Your item is mentioned in your policy wording (it can take up to three days after purchase to show).
There is no deductible for using your XCover protection plan.
xCover does allow you to file multiple claims through out the contracts term. The protection plan covers multiple repairs up to the of the original products purchase price. If your is accepted for a full reimbursement or replacement your contract will be considered fulfilled. You will have the option to purchase a new protection plan for your replacement.
When items are returned, the XCover Protection will be canceled automatically.
To protect your privacy, your XCover documents are not sent via mail.
To view your documents, wording and invoice, you first need to log in to your XCover Account.
Important! When you first visit XCover you will need to activate your account. Simply find the XCover confirmation SMS or email in your inbox and click the link to set up your XCover Account. Make sure you check your spam folder if you can’t find your confirmation email. From your XCover Account, you can make a claim, make changes or view your protection wording. Once you have set up your XCover Account, you can view your documents and start a claim.
It might take an hour or two to receive your confirmation email. When you activate your XCover Account or request a new password, you will need to locate the email from XCover in your inbox. If you can’t find any emails from XCover, the below explains why and how to solve related issues:
An account is automatically created for you when you purchase XCover Protection via Swing Design. When you first visit XCover you will need to activate your account. Simply find the XCover confirmation SMS or email in your inbox and click the link to set up your XCover Account. Make sure you check your spam folder if you can’t find your confirmation email. Depending on how you purchased protection and what information was shared with XCover, you may be asked to choose an email address to associate with your XCover Account, which you can then use to log in. If you have any issues you can also check the instructions within the confirmation message from XCover that was sent when you purchased your XCover Protection.
Within your XCover Account, you will see your policies.
At any time you can:
● View your XCover Protection wording. This is also available when browse the
protection plan details while browsing on-site or directly on XCover.
● Download your certificate and invoice
The XCover claims process is quick and hassle-free, with payment or reimbursement for approved claims processed quickly. Our dedicated team at XCover aims to complete 95% of claims within 3 days of claim filing, so keep a close eye on your emails (and junk mail) to ensure there’s no delay. Responding to requests for information are also crucial to a speedy processing of your claim.
To ensure a smooth claims process, it is recommended to submit your claim with a documented diagnosis and cost estimate for repair. If your machine has been deemed unrepairable, please provide that in writing from the manufacturer.
