Once your order has shipped an email with tracking information will be sent along with delivery alerts. Tracking may take 24 hours to update with information.
Refunds will not be issued on packages being returned to us for refund/exchange if the packages get delayed by carriers while in transit. Refunds will be issued after the packages arrive and our staff is able to inspect the package.
Swing Design will not be responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturers and any impact of such delays on the purchaser's business, including and without limitation to lost revenues and lost profits.
2nd Day, Next Day and Expedited Orders: there will be no refunds on shipping charges if delivery is delayed as long as the packages are handed to the carrier and the shipping label indicates the shipping method elected by customer. Expedited orders placed after 11am EST may be processed the following business day.
** Vinyl cutters and other higher dollar items may incur a shipping charge and require a signature upon delivery to help protect our customers against lost or stolen packages.
We are currently not shipping orders to AK, HI or PR.
**We are currently not shipping orders internationally.
For international orders, please note that our pricing does not include any customs or import fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipping internationally will be charged an additional transportation charge.
Manufacturers warranties (Silhouette America, Cricut etc.) does not apply to products (cutting machines, heat presses etc.) shipped internationally.
Swing Design is not responsible to shipments lost by non-US postal services. If the package has been successfully transitioned from US Postal Service to the postal service of the destination country, Swing Design will not be responsible for packages after the package crosses US border. This risk of such loss is with the customer.
Although we try to keep all items offered on our website in stock, occasionally there may be an item that is unavailable.
