WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE "FLAGGED" BY NOFRAUD

We combine customer inputs with 3rd party sources to produce thousands of data points, which are analyzed to provide clear pass/fail decisions. All "grey" orders – orders that contain both trust factors and risk indicators – are automatically escalated to our team of expert analysts for review.
IF YOUR ORDER IS FLAGGED, IT WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD UNTIL CLEARED
NoFraud will take steps to verify the purchaser's identity in real-time. These steps can include verification by email, text, and phone. They commonly ask for the following information:
- Copy of License
- Copy of Credit Card used
- Verification of Billing/Shipping address
This is an authorized service utilized by Swing Design. It's important to respond promptly and fulfill their information requests as needed.

WHEN YOUR VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND YOUR ORDER IS UPDATED TO A "PASS" STATUS, PROCESSING WILL RESUME AS NORMAL.
