xTool O1 Omni UV Printers | UV, UV DTF & Apparel Printing

The xTool O1 Omni UV Printer is a desktop UV flatbed built for full-color personalization of rigid goods, with UV DTF transfers for curved and irregular surfaces and, on the UV + DT Fabric edition, DTG and DTF for apparel. Powered by Epson F1080 printheads and 720 × 1440 dpi output, it prints CMYK, white, and a 3-in-1 varnish channel for matte, gloss, and foil finishes, then cures instantly under UV light. Use it for acrylic signs, wood plaques, metal awards, glass, ceramic, phone cases, tumblers, and promotional products. The UV + DT Fabric edition also handles cotton and polyester T-shirts, hoodies, and totes from the same platform.

Placement is handled by the Pixel-Scan Vision System, which pairs contact image sensing with full-area laser height measurement for a distortion-free 1:1 bed preview and about ±0.2 mm positioning accuracy. Drop blanks on the bed at any angle and align artwork without jigs. Raised tactile texture builds up to 7 mm (0.28 in), with a library of more than 2,000 textures and built-in lenticular effects in xTool Studio. The standard bed is 13 × 4.8 in (330 × 122 mm); the large bed is 13 × 16.5 in (330 × 420 mm). Objects up to about 150 mm tall and 3 kg are supported. Smart Cycle 2.0 automates white-ink circulation, nozzle care, and moisturizing, including Vacation Mode protection for idle periods of up to two weeks. UV inks are non-reprotoxic and GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Choose the edition that matches the work:

  • Single UV: One Epson F1080 printhead with CMYKWV ink. Direct UV and UV DTF on acrylic, wood, metal, glass, and ceramic. The entry point for hard-goods personalization.
  • Dual-Head UV: A second UV printhead adds rigid white, flexible white, fluorescent red, and fluorescent yellow for neon and blacklight effects, flexible substrates such as leather and canvas, and heavier white for multi-layer relief.
  • UV + DT Fabric: A dedicated textile printhead (CMYK plus dual white) adds DTG and DTF on a 11.8 × 15.4 in (300 × 390 mm) platen, while the UV head still covers hard goods and UV DTF.

UV DTF decals need the LM1 laminator; cylindrical drinkware pairs with the OR1 rotary.
