More ink can be transferred per unit area, resulting in higher saturation. Polyester fast-engrave screens take significantly less time to process than traditional screens with the same xTool model and the same power, with an average engraving processing time of only 1-30 minutes compared to 5-60 minutes for traditional screens.

The bulging of the fast-engrave screen is normal and does not compromise its performance or engraving results. The polyester fast-engraved screen requires silicone strips (4 strips in a package) for screen-making operations. Please note that the 200 Mesh Polyester Fast-Engrave Screen is not compatible with xTool P Series machines.
