Need help accessing your 100 free designs from Silhouette?
These images are released once the software "recognizes" the machine. Specifically, if you plug in the machine, go to the SEND panel, and it shows a READY status, they should release. If they do not, we would recommend following the steps at http://www.silhouetteamerica.com/faq/solution/software-crash-on-initializing AND step through that process.
