Overall Swing design helped me through the process. The only thing I didn't like is that the manufacturer delayed the shipping time and no one notified me, luckily I had been reaching out. The printer comes with very simple instructions but it was a little difficult to get it set up. Now that I got the hang of it, I love my machine and have no regrets on the purchase I made for my small business.
