I am very new to this whole Cameo project program and I was having a really hard time trying to figure out why the Business edition was not being updated and I called their help line and they were so patient and helpful. They did not for one minute make me feel stupid or unclear on what I was trying to say. I highly recommend them, their products and their support.
I purchased the 2 sets of embossing tools from Silhouette America. I have two machines (one in the state where I work and one in my home state). One set (where I work) works well, clicks in fine. The other set (at my home) doesn't click in. Has there been an issue with any of the embossing tools? I will plan to return to Silhouette America, but was wondering if this is a one off problem or a larger issue? Thank you for your time, Lori See more »
