    Yes, if you go back to authentic Sawgrass inks it will remove the lines in your prints. It is highly recommended to use Sawgrass approved inks as third party inks are not tested and can cause clogs and damage to your printer. Third party inks will also void your warranty.

    Depending on the time of day your order is placed, the ink package will ship either the same day or the next business day. Each 4-pack of Sawgrass Sublimation ink is shipped via UPS directly from our Kentucky warehouse location.

    Yes the Sawgrass SG500 replaced the SG400 and the Sawgrass SG1000 replaced the SG800 in 2000. In addition to design improvements such as a single roll-bar, the SG500/SG1000 are more energy-efficient, prints with higher resolution, and offers WiFi connectivity. This means you’ll enjoy higher quality products and greater ease of use, at a price comparable to the previous model. The SG500/SG1000 are backwards-compatible with SG400/SG800 accessories.
