The answer to this will depend on what machine you are using. A Roland BN2-20 has a white ink channel that can be used to create a white layer of ink below the design. This will eliminate the see through stained glass effect. However, the Roland BN20A or BN2-20A printers do not have the white ink channel. Therefore the images when printed on clear vinyl will have a stained glass effect and will be transparent. Yes, the 20" roll of Roland Clear Vinyl is compatible with the TrueVIS SG3 line as well as the previous SG2 line. The recommended material width for the 30" machine is 182mm to 762mm, whereas the 54" machine allows for 295mm to 1371mm.
