The latest time to place an order on a business day is 9:00 am E.S.T, after which orders will be considered as placed on the next business day. Orders over $35 or more will qualify for free shipping within the Continental U.S. Please note we are closed on weekends.
Standard ground orders take 2-4 days to process and ship out (Monday- Friday). Any order containing an Oracal 150 ft roll will take 7-14 days to process and ship out. Any order placed on a Friday after 9:00 am E.S.T will ship out within 2-4 days of the following week. Please note we are closed on weekends.
Once your order has shipped an email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking may take 24 hours to update with information.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For orders being delivered to Alaska or Hawaii please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged an additional transportation charge.
For international orders, please note that our pricing does not include any customs or import fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipping internationally will be charged an additional transportation charge.
Although we try to keep all items offered on our website in stock, occasionally there may be an item that is unavailable.
Select items may be available to be reserved through pre-orders. Items for pre-order will reflect an expected in stock sate during the ordering process, they are subject to change. Once pre-ordered items are added to your cart a valid form of payment will be required to reserve this item. Orders that contain pre-ordered items will ship complete once all items are in stock.
If you have purchased an item from our online store and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. We are only able to provide a full refund for unopened/unused products in factory new condition sold directly through our website. If you would like to return a used Silhouette machine a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. After we have received the item the original form of payment used for the purchase will be credited the amount paid for the item. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Any item that is returned to sender due to an undeliverable address may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service. We will replace it at no charge. Silhouette America Products, including Cameo, Mint, and Curio should be returned to Silhouette America for a replacement 1-800-859-8243. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by customer service.
