Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, helping you get your equipment as quickly as possible. Some products, including specialty items, large equipment, or special orders, may require additional processing time.

If you need the most accurate shipping timeline, we recommend contacting our team before placing your order. Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a tracking email with the latest delivery updates so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We accept approved returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in factory new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. You must contact Swing Design for approval before sending your return.
