We will accept a return within 30 days of purchase date, only if the hoops have not been opened or visibly not used. Please send an e-mail to support@swingdesign.com, with your order number, a photo of your items, and the packing slip. You would be responsible for any shipping expenses, as this would be considered a discretionary return.
