Yes, you can easily embroider designs onto a polo shirt with the Brother PE545 embroidery machine. Make sure you are using a 75/11 needle for standard cotton and polyester fabrics, and stabilizer under the wrong side of the fabric. For extra assurance, you can sandwich the fabric between two layers of stabilizer, the top layer being the water soluble solution.
