Yes, this Mighty Hoop Deluxe Magnetic Hoop kit is designed to be compatible with various Brother PR multi-needle machines, including the PR1000E. We do recommend checking the actual embroidery area available on the PR1000E to assure that it will not damage the machine.
Actual Embroidery Areas for each hoop:
• 5.5" Hoop: 4.31"–4.81" (110–122 mm)
• 6.25"x8.25" Hoop: 5.46" x 7.46" (138 x 189 mm)
• 8"x13" Hoop: 6.87" x 12.02" (174 x 305 mm)
