All of Swing Design's listings for Mighty Hoops are specifically Brother PR and BAi multi-needle embroidery machines. We cannot guarantee that hoop or the brackets would be compatible with Janome MB-4. We highly recommend visiting Mighty Hoop's website for specific Janome hoops.
