With each Refurbished Brother PE900 listing, we cannot confirm the exact details of the refurbished items. All returned machines are tested by our trained customer service technicians at our Concord, MA office, before offering them as refurbished. If the refurbished machines do not pass inspection, they are not added to the refurbished listings. If the refurbished embroidery machine arrive damaged or are not working for any reason, we will work with you to repair or replace as needed, within the first 30 days.
