All of our refurbished and used machines (including the Brother ScanNCut) do not have a manufacturer warranty attached as they are no longer brand new. No additional warranties can be purchased for any refurbished machine. If any refurbished orders arrive damaged or are not working correctly, our customer support team will work with you on troubleshooting (contact: support@swingdesign.com). We can also replace the machine if needed within the first 30 days!
