All of Swing Design's listings for any of our Brother NQ1700E bundles are brand new, unopened machines. These bundles are shipped out of our Louisville, KY warehouse via UPS.
All of the refurbished machine listings will have the words Refurbished or USED directly in the listing title, otherwise all items and accessories are new and still in their original packaging.
