Yes! All blades that were compatible with the Cameo 4 (Autoblade, 3MM Kraft blades, Rotary blade, Punch Tool, Premium blades, and Manual Blades) can be used with the Cameo 5 Alpha. Both the Cameo 4 and 5 have the same tool carriage, with the 5 and 5A carriage updated with some quality of life improvements and have additional power for the Heat and Foil pens.
