While it is technically possible to do Edge to Edge quilting on the SE2000, it is not ideal or recommended due to the space restrictions. The throat of the SE2000 has a needle-to-arm throat space of 7.4 inches, and to get larger sized quilts or fabric to fit in that space it will need to be rolled at the edges.
