Do any of Siser's vinyl cutters come with software to be able to use machine?

If it does come with software, is there monthly or yearly fees to make it work correctly? Is it a subscription based or one time purchase?

Both of Siser's vinyl cutters, Juliet (12in) and Romeo (24in), have a free software you can download called the Leonardo Design Suite. It is available on Siser's website for both MAC and PC. There is the Basic free version, and a monthly Pro subscription version with more features. The Pro version is completely optional, and costs $8.99 per month.
