If you have purchased your Poolin embroidery machine DIRECTLY THROUGH Swing Design, you can feel free our support team via e-mail (support@swingdesign.com) or phone. Our phones are open Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM (Eastern Standard Time) by calling 978-371-2211.
Swing Design only sells the Poolin EOC05 and EOC06 through our own website and Wal-Mart's online store. We do not sell these embroidery machines through other retailers, such as Amazon, Best Buy, etc.
