The tool adapter set was specifically designed to fit the Cameo 3 blades into the Cameo 4 slots, specifically the white, black, and gray pieces. The light blue piece, however, will fit in the first slot of the Cameo 5 and 4, and is meant to hold the Silhouette Sketch pens. The other three pieces, however, are not compatible with the Cameo 5.
