Any of our Refurbished machine listings (including the Brother Skitch) cannot purchase any additional warranties. If any refurbished purchases arrive damaged, or are not working for any reason, our customer support team will work with you on troubleshooting (contact: support@swingdesign.com). We can also replace the machine if needed within the first 30 days!
