Yes, this Mighty Hoop Home Alignment Kit is compatible with the Innov-is NQ1600E hoops, especially the 6" x 10" hoop. The largest hoop sizes the alignment kit is able to handle is 9.5" x 9.5", 9.5" x 14″, and 8" x 12″ hoops, but be aware that they will not be perfectly centered on the station.
