When using the cap hoop on the BAi Mirror or Vision, the largest area you can embroider onto is 260mm (W) x 75 mm (H). You can also adjust the X and Y values of the needle placement, if you are attempting to place the design in a specific spot on the hat. Make sure you use the built in Tracing feature to prevent any accidental needle breakage and make sure it is the correct spot.
