The 20/30oz Tumbler attachment for the 7-in-1 Tumbler press is only sold in the full heat press bundles, or with the frame & control box. While we do offer the optional attachments as their own listings, the 20/30oz is not sold as an individual attachment as it is only designed for our Swing Design Tumbler Press.
If you are experiencing issues with the 20/30oz attachment, please contact our support at support@swingdesign.com with your order number. All orders within the 1-year Swing Design warranty period are eligible for replacement attachments/machines.
