The pressure can be adjusted by using the pressure xxxx centered in the middle of the press. Turning the xxxx clockwise (right) increases the pressure on the inserted attachment, and turning counterclockwise (left) reduces the pressure. Place a cup or mug inside of the attachment, then pull the handle to determine the pressure. Ideally, the handle can be locked and closed with one hand without using any excess strength, as too much pressure can break the cup/mug or damage the heat press.
