Yes, the 4"x4" magnetic embroidery hoop is compatible with the Brother PE900! When setting up the embroidery file on the display menu, make sure to select the correct size of attached frame from the 4 top options.
1) 7" x 5"
2) 7" x 4"
3) 4" x 4"
4) 1" x 2/12
Any patterns that do not fit in the selected frame will be displayed as a grayed out box.
